Terms + Conditions
INVOICING, DISBURSEMENTS & COPYRIGHT
/ Project Specific Pty Ltd operate on a payment structure as detailed below:
· Project fees under $ 10,000 - 50% on acceptance of the fees submission / 50% on the completion.
· Project Fees over $10,000 - 30% on acceptance of the fees submission / 50% at the midpoint of the services / 20% on the completion of the services.
/ The client must notify Project Specific in writing the person authorised to represent the client under this contract.
/ Payment is due seven (7) days from the date of invoice and is to be received on, or before, the due date. GST will be added at the rate of 10% as legislated and is payable by the client to Project Specific.
/ If payment is not made when due, the client must pay interest on outstanding amounts at 10% per annum, calculated daily, and other costs incurred including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees.
/ The client will reimburse Project Specific for any expenses reasonably and properly incurred while providing the agreed services. This may include, but not be limited to, the following:
/ All fees associated with any consultants in relation to documentation, engineering and compliance requirements associated with the client project.
· All fees payable to government agencies for the appropriate licences or approvals as required.
· All fees for models / prototypes, specialised manuals or photography as requested by the Client.
· All courier charges as required by the project with client approval prior to incurring costs.
· All costs associated with obtaining or renting specialised equipment not normally required during the project management of a commercial environment with client approval prior to incurring costs.
/ Should the client cancel the commenced project due to unforeseen circumstances, the project fee will be charged in accordance to the services already supplied including the full value of the stage currently being worked on at the time of cancellation.
/ Ownership in the documents do not pass to the client until all outstanding amounts have been paid.
/ Project Specific Pty Ltd reserves the right to photographically record the completed project for the purposes of archiving, advertising and marketing.
VARIATION TO SCOPE & CANCELLATION OF PROJECT
/ Any variation to the agreed services requested by the client must be submitted to Project Specific in writing. No work associated with the requested variation will be undertaken without agreement.
/ Project Specific reserve the right to, at no cost to the client, sub contract to appropriately qualified parties any of the services that we have agreed to provide. Where the client engages a separate consultant, Project Specific will not be responsible for the work performed.
/ The client must use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that no events or circumstances arise which may compromise the ability of Project Specific to perform the services in a timely and professional manner. The client shall, as soon as practicable, make available to us all necessary information and approvals to enable us to properly carry out the services specified.

/ Project Specific Pty Ltd carry insurances as detailed below :
