Troy Ward
Troy is a highly-experienced design director and construction manager. He was the founder of a start-up commercial interior design firm and managed the organisation with full operational, financial and commercial responsibilities for over 30 years.
Over his extensive career, Troy’s core skills in design, construction management and team leadership have seen him develop from designer and space planner, through to a design director managing all aspects of a successful design organisation.
His business acumen includes strong financial and commercial skills, together with extensive experience in negotiation and contractor management. He has been responsible for the selection and management of teams of up to 15 professionals, all working in separate specialist areas.
Troy has delivered successful projects to over 1,100 individual groups across numerous industries throughout Australia. He has worked with all manner of client representatives from personal assistants, operations managers and managing directors right through to other independent project managers.
By assisting clients of all sizes (and industries) to plan and execute the relocation of their operations, Troy understands the process of change management required to deliver a successful project from start to finish. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Design, has completed Growth Programs at Curtin School of Business and has a Life Fellowship of the Design Institute of Australia for training and mentoring young designers.
